Since the camera has probably run out of power now. Charging the camera via USB cable or other chargers is not recommended,since voltage from these charging methods is not fully compatible with the camera,
which will even cause damage to the camera if charged that way.
Memory Card
1.Please insert TF card before camera is switched on and do not remove the card until the camera is off.if you insert or pull it with dash cam on, this might cause loss of software, the dash cam will turn on and off automatically.
2.Please make sure the front of TF card
3.If one card is not compatible with camera, please remove and insert again. If it still doesn’t work, please change another card and try again.
4.New TF card should be formatted first before using.
5.Please close parking monitoring function and motion detection funct ion when the camera is recording on the road. These 2 functions are only necessary when your car stops.
FAQ:
1. Which card is needed?
As the car camera is very strcit with a memory card.
Pls use a original and high speed class 10 card, 4-32GB.
Be carful there are many copies in the market. Don't use the cheap card, they might be fake and damage the camera.
2. Do not charge via usb cable from computer, please charge via the 12V car charger.
It may burn the motherboard if on truck of 24 v power, please add a 24v to 12v converter.
3. To keep driving safe, as the car temperature is very high when outdoors in summer, if large battery, it will be easy to explode,so the battery of car DVR are produced very small. The battery is only to save the video when power off suddenly. Therefore please charge via car charger when used.

4. How to loop recording?
1> Please turn on the loop recording in the menu.
2> Please format the card in the camera before use.
3> Please turn off the G-sensor due to the high sensitivity, it will save many videos which can't be cycle covered, so the card is filled full soon, then it stops the video.
5. View Angle:
The angle showed in the display is not the view angle, please play the video on computer, it will be larger and clearer than in registrar.

● Reset
Usually this can be done through the pinhole sized reset button on the device itself. Hold for 2-3seconds to start the process. Check the user manual if you have no idea of where the reset button locates.
● DVR doesn't power up
1. Charge the camera for at least half an hour and make sure the car charger or USB cable works properly.
2. Dash cams need to be connected to a 12V car charger to operate.
3. Make sure the charger is connected properly and the indicator light is on. Test the camera with another charger unit. If there's nothing wrong with the charger, you can try to reset to factory default settings.
● DVR stops recording after a period of time
1. Make sure your memory card has been formatted and installed correctly. We recommend you to format the memory card once a month.
2. Make sure the 'Loop Recording' function is activated to prevent the camera from stopping once the memory card is full. Not all cameras have this feature. Please check the user manual.
3. 'Reset' the camera.

● DVR is frozen
1. Do a reset.
2. Disconnect the power and let it run its natural course; it's likely to fix itself once it powers down.
● DVR keeps rebooting
1. Check the power outlet/surge protector.
2. Test power supply with Volt meter.
3. Try another car charger or USB cable.
Do a firmware upgrade on the DVR system. Consult the manufacturer.
